During her tenure at Microsoft, Tasha was influential in rebuilding MSN several times and streamlining the customer journey for Microsoft customers. In addition, her design vision was instrumental in imagining a world where any device is connected seamlessly to you and pioneering several strategic mobile initiatives for Microsoft, helping customers complete tasks across all of their devices. 

Before Microsoft, Tasha founded Genesis Se7en, a global design studio dedicated to crafting branding solutions and unique interactive experiences.

Currently, Tasha is bringing her strategic insights to the Outlook Experience Studio at Microsoft as the Partner Director of Design. Her approach marries results-driven leadership and inclusivity, and her impact inspires people, expanding beyond pixels and products.
